Leaders Educated And Prepared
Cycle of Leadership
LEAP creates a cycle in which students are not only taught the leadership skills needed to meet their own potential, but also trained to co-lead and then lead their peers in new LEAP partnerships.

—Madeline, Emily, and Zoe, Darien
“We started LEAP to Kibera two years ago with New Canaan, have a committed team from all three communities, are currently working to design and implement our garbage-to-energy program, and plan a trip to Kibera in August.”
—Meschac and Immeley, Stamford
“We took a LEAP to Lead class and have made it our mission to create anti-bullying programs.“
